I sent some paperwork to a client via RM's signed for service.
They now say that it's lost, and I should fill out a P58 form for them to track it or compensate.
I'm aware that compensation is limited to somewhere around £30.
The paperwork involved will take me another 30-40 minutes to prepare, as it required filling in some forms by hand.
Am I allowed to class this as an indirect compensation figure based on my hourly rate?
Cheers,
Jee
