Exclusivity agreement

Dear All,

I am looking for a sample of exclusivity agreement betwwn our company to our agents in diffrent countries.

The contarcts are direct between our to the coustomers, but the Agents have exclusivity for their markets and paid on commission.

Can someone please help?

If you email us at quotes@limeone.com with details of the countries you need to trade with we can advise further. You cannot use templates for this sort of legal need and each jurisdiction normally needs it own agreement unless you are using some form of international trading clause.

Speak to a Commercial Lawyer when drafting up the Agreements
