Thats a bit of a vague question, but the primary focus of a value chain is integration, aligning your processes with those of your suppliers or enforcing suppliers to adopt a common policy you dictate; technical integration for automated supply chain processing, transaction processing; all of which means applying common standards throughout from B2B ordering to B2C fulfillment.
