Hello,
I am having some trouble tracking down average conversion rates (hits to subscribers or something similar?) to help me with my sales forecast/business plan etc. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction?
Thanks!

... I think the real question is what do you mean by a conversion?
You really need to get your definition right for your business plan. In terms of web activity it could mean so many different things:
- a sale
- a new subscriber
- a completed enquiry form
- a download
Good luck!

Thank you everyone. I've read the first through pages of the thread you have linked to and think it will be very useful! Will be reading more depth this evening after the day job - groan!
