Hey
Alpha Computers says hi to all UKBF members...
business
Right are you sick of an old computer you have lying round your house or in the garge and have to get rid of it, why not recycle it.
Alpha Computers are looking for people in merseyside that have computers that they dont want to give them to us so we can refurbish them and stick them back on the self.
Thanks -

Could you not arrange for some charities to benefit from this? People are more likely to give in my experience if they think that a charity will benefit from the end product.
I arrange for people to give us their computers and then we refurb them, get them signed off, and give the local charities the first option on buying them at a big reduction in normal prices. If none of the charities want them, then we put them on general sale for our clients.
We get around 35% more computers now that we say "By doing this you're helping a local charity"

I'm doing the same down in Kent, I have a few computers and parts that always come to good use. In general up north what are the views on recycling?
