Manchester personal trainer Rob Woollen has launched a new business specialising in "corporate wellness", or the promotion of a fit and healthy workforce. Offering services such as on-site massage for stressed office workers, daily fresh fruit deliveries and regular fitness classes, Right Way Physical Training also deliver bespoke wellness strategies based on secure anonymous questionnaires filled in by the staff and management online. Having evaluated where the company is ailing and designed the corporate wellness strategy to overcome this, the business then delvier the solutions including their signature Wellness Events where team members attend short dynamic seminars such as "The Right Way to Eat" and "The Right Way to exercise" interspersed with mini-massage treatments, exercise taster sessions and a healthy lunch. Other products include personal training vouchers to be used as incentives to clients and employees alike.
The long term aim of corporate wellness is to slash the £13bn annual bill for sick pay in this country and to build a healthy motivated workforce who produce at optimum levels.
