We're about to have one of our bathrooms redone, and it's going to cost a tidy sum. I was, therefore, rather pleased to learn that our local county offers a sizable rebate on annual property taxes on each low-flush toilet installed in place of a regular one. This is the type of incentive to be environmentally friendly that I like. :)
