Sorry about the title - about the best I could think of!

Just to post that I know a couple of networks which others may be interested in.
http://www.stridingout.co.uk - aimed a young entrepreneurs/start-ups (they also have "Branching out" for more established businesses)

http://www.barefootbusiness.com - meet up in Manchester on 27 November 2007.

Think the term you may be looking for is Social Entrepreneurs?:)

CAN is just one such group - The Community Action Network - although they have just recently as far as I know, gone through a period of restructuring.

They can be found here: http://www.can-online.org.uk/

Used to be part of: NETWORKS ONLINE - A growing network (then) of intranets sharing information: CAN, ACRE, PFA, DTA and the Vital Villages Project.

Latest partners can be found on the CAN web site no doubt.

Best regards.

These are great Alison, thanks very much.

I can see this new forum is going to mean even more time on UKBF!
