Can anyone help i have an ecommerce business selling products at a very good price to what you pay in the shops, in fact hundreds cheaper, i have now been contacted by one company asking me to remove their name from my website, I do not use their photos or logos i just use the name of the company for people to itentify with the product, do i have any rights to keep the name of the product im selling?
