I really hope someone can help! WorldPay will not approve my account (so I can accept internet payments through my website) with them unless I send them a "Compliance Document" which is signed and stamped by my bank, to verify my identity.
I have gone into my branch 3 times now (with all my identification etc) and they refuse to stamp the document which means I can't get my WorldPay account and therefore cannot trade!
Has anyone experienced this problem? I could go with Protx instead of WorldPay but it will take another 2-3 weeks to set up and Christmas is around the corner. I am at a total loss as to what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
