It's easy to use but limited in it's capabilities, it very much depends what it's intended to be used for, is she intending her site to be an ecommerce site?

Hi Boho

Yes thats really the sole purpose. She has a site at the moment that she doesn't understand it and cant get hold of the person who built it :-( . Basically at the moment she has no shopping cart and when she tries to add one the site keeps corrupting on her.

She found the cost attractive also.
Thanks

Personally I wouldn't use Mr Site for an ecommerce site, it's a simple build your own package, but it's not well suited to being what hopefully would potentially be a busy online business.

The route I've gone down with mine is to use a hosted service provider (Internet Retailer (http://www.internetretailer.biz)), I'm a firm believer that the best place for an online retailer is selling their goods and dealing with their business and not spending valuable time designing and maintaining websites - beyond the obvious like products and web content of course :)

The price is a case of you get what you pay for, a package with no support, this is ok if you know what you're doing but I prefer the security of something that is backed up for me, safe, secure and well maintained, with all the support I could or may need.
