Just a quick question. I would ask Protx but I'll probably get more sense here.

Do you have a merchant account for internet orders and also a separate MOTO account?

What happens with the batch settlements? Say you had....

£50 internet
£25 MOTO

Your batch total would show as £75? But does this get split again, £50, to your internet account and £25 to your MOTO.

This making it a bit harder to reconcile?

I have one merchant account that is Internet enabled and use ti for both web and moto transactions.

It's easy enough to identify them on the monthly transaction report which are which which speeds up reconciliation.

That's what I had but I recently had to open a separate MOTO account. :(

It was actually a re-opened MOTO account and I didn't realise it still had our old bank account details so some payments have gone awol. However, it looks like some MOTO payments have been batched with ecommerce payments and I can't quite work out exactly what is going on?
