After completing a business degree, followed by nearly six years working in field sales for a large corporate, a Shropshire business woman has decided to launch her own online business, specialising in unique handmade greetings cards in addition to a wide selection of luxury gift packaging.

North Shropshire based business, Twinklepeeps.com was recently launched by owner, Julie Sands. Having worked for a large telecommunications company in field sales for several years, Julie decided that she wanted a change of direction and, therefore, it was only natural for her to develop her passion for card-making into an online business. This is complemented by the provision of luxury gift packaging and accessories for all occasions.

During the past year Julie has worked tirelessly to ensure the foundations are in place to launch Twinklepeeps.com. A firm believer in keeping as much in-house as possible, Julie single-handedly created the company logo, designed and developed the website and integrated the online shop using e-commerce software. All of these tasks involved Julie broadening her knowledge by learning several pieces of software which she had never previously used – a challenge in itself!

Julie said:

“I had always wanted to start my own business and once I had decided on the idea of handmade cards and gift packaging, I couldn’t wait to put my ideas into practice. Developing the logo and website myself was of course a big challenge, but I have always enjoyed being creative and I am really happy with everything I have achieved so far.”

Twinklepeeps Cards are individually handmade with painstaking attention to detail, using the highest quality materials they are available in a selection of set designs, which may be personalised. Alternatively, customers may choose the customisation option, whereby then can incorporate a specific theme into the design. This option can also be personalised.

To complement its range of handmade cards, Twinklepeeps.com also offers a wide selection of luxury gift packaging which is not readily obtainable on the high street. Luxury folding gift boxes, innovative Boxbags, two-piece traditional gift boxes, unusual gift bags and tissue paper feature in the Twinklepeeps.com product range.

“At Twinklepeeps.com, our objective is to offer a range of personalised handmade greetings cards for every occasion, in addition to luxury gift packaging which is that little bit different from the norm. If you are looking for a specific handmade greetings card, gift box, gift bag or related accessory, then we would like Twinklepeeps.com to be your first port of call.”

Twinklepeeps.com is constantly reviewing new products to expand its product range with exciting card designs, gift packaging and related accessories. Handmade hen party invitations have recently been added to the website and there are plans to introduce a range of christening invitations and handmade wedding stationery shortly.

As a special opening offer, Twinklepeeps.com is giving away a free BoxBag with every order whilst stocks last. Also, postage and packaging is included on all orders of £10 and above.
