No I haven't used it but check out go&pay also. Just type go&pay into google. It is aimed at people who want to pay for goods they bought online with cash.
If you want to discuss further with anyone or would like a brochure then let me know.

Domain is registered to a company in Germany and there's no telephone number, physical address or email address on the site (from my brief look).
That's too anonymous for me I'm afraid.

Click and Buy failed to take a payment from my bank account after I changed the method of payment to direct debit. I now have a locked out BT account and a locked out Click and Buy account through no fault of my own.
I called the Click and Buy Call Center to try to resolve this matter. The response I received was absolutely DIABOLICAL - I was treated as if I am an IDIOT, I was SHOUTED AT and finally I had the PHONE SLAMMED DOWN on me. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.
I will never use this company again...

From experience do not go near this company. They owe me £100, its not a great deal however six months on they still will not release my money back to me.
Stay away do not use them!!
