UK Web design forums?

I'll be looking for a freelancer or a design house soon to work on a project, obviously I'll be inviting a few people on here to bid on it once the design brief is ready but I'm wondering if anyone knows of any UK forums specific to website designers that I can post the brief on too?

The best webmaster forums will be found at Digital Point (http://forums.digitalpoint.com/) When you post the brief also state that you want a UK designer.

are good forums, they also have UK people in them, as well as people from around the world, so a good overall balanced view.

If it's for the UK then webdesignerforum.co.uk (copy and paste that) is probably the best UK based web design forum.
They even offer tutorials, Revenue Sharing and blogs etc. I'v been a member for a while now.
