I'm currently working in the marketing department of an online jobsite. Our online jobsite focuses on newly fresh grads abroad who want to work in China, Korea and Japan as ESL (English as Second Language) teachers.

We've thought of Google Adwords, submission to directory sites, SEO marketing. We're thinking of other ways to promote the website because we're targeting the newly grads.

I hope I can get some ideas here.

Its good to see that you are looking at all of the options for the site.

I hope that it all goes well for you.

Hand out flyers at music festivals.
Look for advertising opportunities in student bars
Sponsor a university sports teams kit
Approach uni's and ask about opportunities to get in front of students

This might get your ceative juices going ;)

You need to market the site on social networks where your target audience is already established. Myspace, Faceparty, LiveSpaces etc.

Good Luck

Hand out flyers at music festivals.

I would say good idea, but better not - I'm biased :p

Sounds like a good varied mix of ideas to those you have already thought of

Hi,

I'd recommend taking a proper look at Facebook which has the largest community of graduates. To begin create a profile and join some relevant groups. Better still, you could advertise through the site, or even invest in building a facebook app to market your services, if you could think of an app which would be use and interest to your target market.
