Does anyone know of ANY system that I can use to allow my clients to book my time online? Most of them book the next appointment when I see them, but a couple have requested this and I'm sure its possible somewhere.

All it needs to do is allow a client to select a day and time, then send me a message asking for my approval. Would be even better if it was available as a component or module as joomla, but if not I would always be able to use wrapper!

use hotmail email notification to link to your mobile phone as message alert!

You might be able to use Google Calendar, but not tried it like you describe.

BTW (from your homepage): "giving you the maximum reassurance that we are a safe and secure manner" ???

I'm building something to do this at the moment, aimed at support companies, but haven't got around to finishing it yet.

It you want to try it out, let me know and I'll upload a demo for you to test.

I can send more info if you want, just drop me a pm/email

Google Calendar can be shared with the world. Works a treat. Sends the days appointments in an email.

Have a look at myoffice.net I think it will do the job just as you need it.

(We use it for the overlaying of multiple diaries at which I found it unbeatable - google diary might match it but I would not move away now as it has many other features that we use)

Not free however. You pay for log ins. Log ins can be shared but you might prefer not to.

Does far more than it says on the tin. But that is partly because they have created this great product and not bothered with the tin bit. Tut tut.

So give it an explore. You can create a free 30 day test account.

You could combine it with a shared online secretary through one of those bureaus. Clients have a log in - can see but not edit details - and discuss the diary over the phone with the other person who is also logged in. This might give the more personal touch and have other knock on benefits. You could probably use google diary for this.

I am sorry I cannot be specific and tell you the package but life coaches use such packages so their clients can book (and indeed pay for) their time directly . There are lots of coaching forums and one that comes to mind is Eurocoach. Someone there would tell you
