Ecom is meant to be easy, isn't it...?

Those of you using Actinic may be intrested to know that we have written a piece of code, which when used with Mole End OSA can fully automate your online business, from timed order downloading to sending emails to your suppliers directly for drop shipping models, it even exports your orders to Sage / Quick Books if you use Link.

I have BETA tested this now for over a year on our live site, left it for two weeks whilst on holiday and every order was fulfilled in my absence, no problem.

If you'd like more info, feel free to ask...

Hi
we could interested in that. We currently use a Mole End plug in, combined with a .exe written by our original web developers, which downloads orders, sends our warehouse a postdata file, sends me a copy of the order text file, and generates the iif file for QuickBooks.
How does yours differ?

Hi Nigel

I am NVI's partner in this; allow me to explain... Our system utilizes the functionality you already use from Mole-End's OSA to automatically download the orders, and you would continue to use link to export to quickbooks. What we have developed sits nicely between those processes and allows you to automatically email your suppliers with the order details without pressing a key. The system really comes into it's own if you have more than one supplier, or if you stock some items but back-to-back order others, as the program allows you to specify which suppliers handle which products so it can send each one only the part of a customer's order that is relevant to them.

Please feel free to post any further questions you may have.
