I compete for the term " home insulation grants " on google ,

when looking at the SERP'S this site came No1

I can't figure out why as it don't seem to have anything going for it.

the onlything I noticed is that the page does not seem to open fully.

Probably am ,just get pissed when silly little council sites stick there oar in ,and google rates them authority sites.
