Hi all
One of my clients runs an ecommerce store selling novelty childrens toy items of a specialist nature (for disabled kiddies). She is struggling to get insurance cover. Can anyone suggest where to get insurance for an ecommerce business to cover stock, public liability etc.

Thanks

I've had to sign up with craftinsurance.co.uk because I couldn't find an insurance that would cover stock at home and at fairs, they might be able to help. They deal with people who work from home, although more for the crafters (which I'm not, hence worth a try). But they don't cover the computer etc.

Thanks for the information and for being the only one kind enough to bother taking the time to respond. One day I hope I can return the gesture by helping you out in return.

kind regards to you

Best option is to try an insurance brokers like Coversure. They will check around with the different insurers.

I had no problems finding insurance even in the early days of my ecommerce business.
