Is it possible to grab a web site from the archives & republish it on a current domain? Assuming you have ownership of course

As a simple website yes: the problem generally comes if their are databases involved for products, members etc. The databases need to be resurrected first.

If you can view a web page in your browser it's possible to access and copy the HTML source to the site.

The simplest way being to right click -> view source -> File -> Save As

Yeap but what if site have php code ??

Please tell us do You have backup from hosting or what ? What do You mean writing archives ?

Its a very old site so its only available via http://www.archive.org/web/web.php

You can have some trouble with recovery this site.
First try get access to database, if You can get access to database we can do something with this...

there's no access cause the site went down long ago
