Download my customer database? (SO that I can send them a birthday card.)
Change the fields in the customer sign up page? (So that I don't offend people by making them enter their birth DATE ... the over forties just don't like it.)
Issue a discount code? (So that my shop customers can get their wholesale pricing and order online. Times are changing, and trade shows aren't as profitable as they used to be.)
Change the 'New Products' Section on the homepage to just randomly or manually selected featured products, or specials? (because, I admit, I don't update my products enough.)
I don't mind getting my hands dirty, and I have read the OSC manual, but some of this stuff is just not in plain english! If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd be really grateful. Or, if you offer a monthly maintenance for OSC sites that is less than £100, please let me know.
