Hi,

Is anyone using Optimal Payments (http://www.optimalpayments.co.uk/) and their Merchant Account facility?

If so...

Can we use our own processor such as ProtX with them?
How is their support?
Setup Fee/Charges?I'm considering them as Streamline/Natwest are far to slow in sorting things out for me!
