Thumbs up from me.
I love the cross-selling as many of our customers don't really know what they are looking for initially.
Sure, there are niggles, but I wouldn't change.

After 3 months of hard work I seem to have ironed out most of the problems I was having with my OSC store.

Hi,
Good thread.
My site is www.neatdesignerclothing.co.uk (http://www.neatdesignerclothing.co.uk).
Once I have made more changes I will hopefully be ready for launch in the summer. Currently need to do more SEO work and add more modules to make it more SEO friendly.
Thanks,
Darrell

I like the site neatdesignerclothing, only thing i would say would be to add a quick checkout option, many people dont like the sound of "making a account"
Did you design the site yourself, if not how much did the design cost ?

Hi Adam,
The website was designed by my brother he runs his webdesign company part time around his web design job for a company in Chester. Have a look www.24y.co.uk (http://www.24y.co.uk). He would usually charge around £800 for a site like that. Very cheap but he knows what he is doing, he started www.webhostingtalk.com (http://www.webhostingtalk.com) and owned the forum till 2002 and now they have over 150k members. So i'm quite lucky in that respect.
Yes I will get him to install a module so you do not have to make an account to purchase and yes there is a foogle feed inbuilt.
Thanks,
Darrell

Just to clarify, Adam1987, are your osCommerce links sites your company has created, or sites using the same templates as your company sells/resells, or sites you just like? The reason I ask is that some of the sites have different web designer links on them. If people want to just see what osCommerce shops are out there they could visit www.oscommerce.com (http://www.oscommerce.com) and look at showcase, live shops.
The following are websites with osCommerce shops inside them that are all using my company's sitebuilder service and platform. So far, all of our clients have opted to have the osCommerce shop as a section within their website to give them control over the home page, although with our sitebuilder solution it is also possible to have the shop as the home page (so that your website looks like the more traditional online shop website):
www.heavenandearthdirect.co.uk (http://www.heavenandearthdirect.co.uk)
('online shop' section - sentimental giftware)
www.iwantanewpairofshoes.com (http://www.iwantanewpairofshoes.com)
('our shoes' section - ladies shoes, currently in the process of clearing down stock hence not many products)
www.instantmagictricks.com (http://www.instantmagictricks.com)
('magic online' section - selling magic trick videos and previews as immediate downloads)
www.candleglow.co.uk (http://www.candleglow.co.uk)
('candle shop' section - site under construction)
www.haqpublishing.com (http://www.haqpublishing.com)
('online shopping' section - selling printed directories)
www.awebapartshop.co.uk (http://www.awebapartshop.co.uk)
(our demo site - but also discusses some design issues)
These shops have the standard pricing of our sitebuilder service which is £250+VAT per annum, including hosting. As an online shop supplier we are positioning our awebapart.com sitebuilder service in the same market area as ekmpowershop.co.uk and easywebstore.co.uk, the main technical difference with us is that we offer our own advanced sitebuilder (for normal non-shop websites too) and the e-commerce part of our sitebuilder is based on our own customised and customisable osCommerce version (which we keep up to date as part of the service), whereas ekmpowershop and easywebstore are based on bespoke Windows ASP systems AFAIK.
