Who should own the domain name ?

Is it best for me as a UK Individual to own it, or to have it in the name of my UK Limited company ?

I bought the domain name from someone and I'm about to fill in the nominet transfer forms. I think I'd like my company to pay for the purchase and subsequent renewels..

I can't think of any reason to not have it in the company name.

It is better to have it in the company name as then it becomes an asset of the company.

Not to mention it looks more professional.
