hi, I was looking on the computer the other day when I saw a lionk to a site selling stock that was not used in major stores. This got me wondering because I was not to sure on the legitimacy of the website but I thought surely these stores really do get surplus stock that they got to get rid of.
So I was wondering what do companies do with their stock that cant be used, either if they have to much, nothing sells or there is a slight fault with some things. Where do these products go?
I would have thought back to the suppliers but then what do they do with them?
and finally does anyone know where such stock can be purchased?
Many thanks

An old boss of mine used to be in this game, it is legit. He used to get calls from household names who'd closed a store and simply wanted to get rid of its contents... He mad a fair amount of cash at it, but you did have to pay in advance for the stuff.

www.thetrader.co.uk (http://www.thetrader.co.uk) is probably a good place to look. There's a digital version of the catalogue on there too.
