Are the Terms and Conditions at http://trading.techfox.co.uk/terms.htm ok?

In a word no. They should detail a lot more on the services you are offering and the conditions of those services. They should reflect the terms and conditions imposed upon your business by third parties and fully explain the scope and extent of the service you provide. You have a couple of clauses currently on returns and some of the wording on those has more than one interpretation.
I am sure others will contribute but in my view you need to get a full set not just a sample for meaningful feedback.

Antonia has done some excellent contractual work for us in the past, give her a call or drop her a line and I'm sure she will give you a very competitive quote :)

If you email us with your requirements we can give a quotation. We have done some T&C for members on here

I have adapted a T&C from another UKBF member. Is the new T&C ok?

You may not have seen the old T&C

I have clicked the link in your earlier post and the T&C there are far too basic. A good set is always one that is drafted around the services you offer and by adopting a set from someone else may well not be adequate.
