We’re producing a prime time TV series for a major broadcaster about sales and business. We’re looking for MDs or sales directors who want to put a rocket up their sales teams. Over the course of six weeks, our high profile sales guru will come in to work with you to help identify the problems amongst the sales force and put in place measures to generate the results you need. No matter how big or small the sales team, how many years experience they have between them, and no matter what the nature of the product, this sales supremo will help you motivate your sales force and make your numbers.

Diverse is one of the UK's most respected independent production companies. Recent credits include ‘Escape To The Legion’ for Channel 4 where 12 men attempted a month's training to become honorary members of the world's toughest fighting force, the French Foreign Legion; and ‘Beyond Boundaries’ for BBC Two, which followed a group of physically disabled men and women as they trek across the rainforests, deserts, rivers and mountains of Nicaragua.

Pretty sure I've seen this programme before although I can't remember the name of it. Some guro came into their premises and basicaly told all employees and directors some home truths in order to turn the business around.

From the description it is the same programme unless its a copycat one.

It is annoying me now that I can't remember what it was called. I remember the car dealer one well, there was lots of bullying going on which meant the sales team were lazy.
