service pack required

Hi

Trying to re-install first books on my brand new pc and after it starts to load I get a notice saying a need 'service pack one' and I can't go any further.

As it's a new pc I would have thought it had all the current updates etc.

Any help on how I can get past this stumbling block.

Have you checked that the version of TAS you are using is compatible with the version of Windows that is on the PC - for example, if TAS expects Windows XP Service Pack 1 to be installed and you are using Windows & then the check that TAS is making may well fail and return the message you are seeing...
