Hi
I posted a journal to code 7750 Dividends Paid (expense) which I realised was not how my accountant handled it (she prefers me to use 2520 Dividends Paid - Owners Equity). I tried to delete the transaction & it is gone BUT the Trial Balance & the P&L are both still showing the £10000 under 7750.
I can't seem to get rid of it. I've tried deleting 7750 to avoid further confusion but it says a chart of accounts is still using it. How can I get rid of this as it is screwing up my TB & P&L.
