Hiya fellows,
We have just renewed our site www.teamholiday.co.uk (http://www.teamholiday.co.uk/) We slightly have changed it‘s design and done a copy writing on our texts (and we are very pleased with it).
Please can you spare a couple of minutes to look at it and tell me your opinion?
Thanks in advance and please, feel free to comment.
Kind regards,
Donatas

I think it looks good.
However, in my opinion the telephone at the top of the page looks a little out of place - it would perhaps look more suited the other site of 'contact us'.

Thanks Scotty, we will try to fix it

Hi Axxe,
Whilst very pretty, if I were to say one thing it doesn't really get the message across, the content on the home page:
Here at Team Holiday we specialise in creating custom-made corporate activity breaks designed to motivate, inspire and instil team spirit. We offer a vast choice of packages which we are confident will stimulate imaginations, develop leadership qualities and improve communication skills amongst participants.
Is tucked out of the page and isn't instantly obvious since most of the page is taken over by the rotating flash gallery.
Also all of the top link images are without any form or alternative. Going further into the source you're missing any formalised page structure as well. These coupled with a general lack of descriptive content on the site will cause problems with SEO, and make users browsing the site have to work to get information.
I would suggest forgetting you know anything about teamholiday and that you just found them randomly whilst looking to book a holiday or perhaps organise stag do. Browse the site and ask yourself:
Is the site telling you what you want
Is it obvious what Teamholiday specialise in (their core markets)
Are you comfortable approaching them on the evidence of just the site to book a trip?
Another area to ask is TeamHoilday ABTA / ATOL bonded? Do they need to be?

Just another quick one. If you are adding to the basket I would suggest that you make it clear (headline / red text), that the details have been added to the basket with perhaps a suggestion of the route someone should take to continue.
It's very easy to add a break twice because you've not noticed it's been added to the cart.

I'm usually not one for images that move but I actually really like the large slide show on your home page.
Intrigued by the photo of the lady with stones on her back ... is that relaxing? I'd be worried in case I moved and they fell off :D :D

Thanks Richard, I really appreciate your comments. Yes currently we are working on our descriptive content (it will be longer and more obvious).
Cheers

Hi,
I think it looks good. I don't like small fonts, but maybe I'm in a minority.
How about a sitemap to help people browse your site, and maybe adding a search function?
Cheers,
Ender.

As a buyer, it would be worrying to me that you have a .co.uk domain but are based in Lithuania and have prices in Euros. As an Englishman, I would click off your site purely because I would think that you weren't offering services to the UK.

Thanks Toon.
I really appreciate your comments. By the way, soon all prices will be in pounds.
Maybe you have some suggestions how to make our visitors think that we are offering services to the UK?
It would be very useful to know the opinion of the real Englishman.
Cheers,
Donatas
