What about giving one of your other products as a gift, you never know they may like it and place another order.
**EDIT**
Your products are probably too expensive to give a way, how about some branded bibs or is that tacky? or buy a some dummies in bulk and give them away (no, not stupid people).

chocs, assuming the person buying the box does not need baby stuff themselves.

How about a couple of 10% off your next order coupons, one for the purchaser and one for them to pass onto a friend, so you might get some new clients as well....

I agree. Don't be too generous from Day One. Give away something that will lead to repeat or new business.

Being a forward, versatile thinking marketing guru, I've had scented soaps made in the shape of a fence panel. They are exclusive, individual and representative of my product. Because of their uniqueness they are talked about and consequently get me more referrals. THAT is the name of the game!!
Cheers, Nigel

I like the idea of a 10% next time you purchase coupon...but if you're desperate for some gifts have a look at:
www.bluefish.com they're great

Thanks for the ideas guys, not being the most innovative of people. If i go with the 10% off, how do i go about it? Where do i get the vouchers done, do i need to add anything to my webpage ie software?
As you can see i am on a learning curve here!!!
Thanks

For sure, some shopping carts allow you to create coupon numbers with an associated discount (either value or percent). I believe you can specify usage rules too: only use once, use within specified time period, and so on. If your cart does this, you'd need to input coupon numbers and then use these numbers in your communication with customers.

Not really a gift, more a thank you, you could pin a nappy pin and a bit of ribbon to one of your cards

and just say "thank you for your order". A bit like the greeting cards you see.

Sorry Tracey. I don't know, but I'm sure that one of the many web-smart members will know.
