Entrepreneurs' Support in Wales? I know one young male Entrepreneur, 'Cardiff-Born-n-Bred', who worked abroad, did business and returned last year to open his own registered company in our capital city of Wales and he asked for nothing except a 'Letter-of-Support' or 'Letter-of-No-Objection' from the Senedd . . Education Minister's Office and Leader of the Assembly, plus Business Sector . . . connected with 'Education' because the Cardiff located 'Company's House' instructed him to secure such a 'letter' for registering his preferred 'business name' that relates to 'seemless bespoke services' in Britain being provided for Adult Students here and Abroad, based at a Cardiff city centre office as Headquarters, to employ local un-employed people, plus arrange 'on-the-job-training' for our youth. He already has a firm office alliance in Kuwait with an already established agency of 'Education & Training' which is licensed at the Chamber of Commerce with an authorising capital of £200,000.00 (KD 100,000.000). Since that, he has arranged his own business representatives in Canada, America and Latin countries such as Paraguay, Chile, Equador, Brazil and Argentina. Yes, before British Foreign Ministry staff went!
The Welsh Senedd's failure to assist him meant that he could not as yet register his business name commencing with the two words 'British Education', thus he has registered a second company name in order to facilitate the services in demand which his office here and associates in Kuwait handle.
Hence, I started wondering, when yet again reading recent local news articles this week on National Assembly Members and Business in Wales, plus serious Un-Employment Issues. "Who or what really is supporting whom in Cardiff?" Let him know! UK FAX:[0044](0)800 0988805 or TWITTER:@SPA_UK

Nice rant, but with respect, he tried to register a company using sensitive words.
WHY should our national government show favouritism to this guy? on what grounds should HE be treated differently to ME and others?

Sensitive words are there for a reason, 'british Education' Implies a national official connection, and to be honset had the Senydd given your mate such a letter I for one would have been very annoyed.

On what grounds does your friend feel he has the right to use terms that indicate a national involvement with teh establishment that is British Education?

I hear what you are saying but am stunned that he/she would feel they have a right to such an endorsement from the Welsh Assembly Governement (who by the way I think are the most useless bunch of twonks our dear lord ever put breath into :D )

Nobody sought favouritism. Arab Adult Students annually pay to attend our local Universities, Colleges and Academies in Cardiff, as well as other locations in Wales, plus throughout Britain. Adult Students from various countries seek to Study Abroad at what they term 'foreign' places often selecting studies with a British Education input and also qualifications via the British Council overseas - hence "British Education ....... & ........... Ltd" which was to facilitate seemless, bespoke services demanded by their Adult Student 'Clientele'. As he and staff are British too, the headquarters in Britain, promoting Britain's establishments of learning. . . why not wish to use the word 'British' within a business company name to be registered at Company's House? Their staff focussed on the word 'Education' thus instructing him to produce the 'letter' previously mentioned.
Furthermore, I was perusing the list of companies which were in fact already permitted to use the special word 'British' and some did appear no to warrant such, as well as others that have gone out of business. . . .if they ever did any that is, lol.

I have loads of ideas, but no one to bounce off with them who will take me seriously. I suppose I am looking for feedback, constructive crititism and a yes or no regarding if the idea is feasible and worth investing in. Are their any companies in Wales who offer this kind of service at little or no cost.
