Interest rates on EFG

Do all banks offer the same interest rates on EFG Loans, we are currently on one which seems high at 11% and was wondering if the banks can reduce the rate, does anyone know.

They are all able to offer different rates of interest though they appear to view EFG backed lending as inherently risky so they tend not to go very low. In practice I've seen a range of 6%-15% being offered - on top of that is the 2% paid to the Govt of course.
