Hi all,

Im looking for any bridging loan companies that are Principle Lenders ie lend their own funds. Having tried out various broker firms and paid out the 'commitment fee' only to have them either waste my time not being able to help at all(!) I am looking for a company that can loan funds that they themselves have. Does anyone know of any companies?

Thanks

Do you mean a property bridging loan?

@Mark CFL

No, a commercial bridging lender ie 12 month loan against a comercial property to fund new venture.

You could try Hampshire Trust (a principal lender):

or Blacktower (an excellent broker):

Good luck

Are you sure it's bridging finance you want? To me a new venture comes with a good deal of uncertainty as to future cash flows. Bridging finance is very expensive and I'd say should only be used where there is a high level of certainty over timescales.

If you have security available, is an overdraft or bank loan possible?

Anyhow, one principal lender I'm aware of is http://www.masthaven.co.uk/
