My name is Andrew Bardsley, and I am the PR representative for Stirling University's American Football Team. We are currently in the process of looking for a few new sponsors and I was hoping you could take the time to look at our sponsorship proposal we have devised. The Clansmen are not only Stirling Universities' largest sports society, but also Scotland's most successful collegiate American Football team.
The Clansmen have an unparalleled reputation as a team that delivers on its promises to sponsors.
The club is filled with the overwhelming majority of Stirling Universities' trend setters and opinion formers, all of which means increased business for our sponsors.
Sponsorship Benefits
We want our 50+ players to be your repeat customers, and we can help ensure that our hundreds of fanatical supporters become so too!
In addition we wish to offer you the following:
(1) repeat business exposure to all 2011 freshers via complimentary inclusion on our sponsors t-shirt, which are to be handed out for free at the freshers fair
(2) inclusion of your business publicity (i.e promotional flyers) in our team 'goody bags' which are handed out for free to all freshers in campus halls
(3) an additional campus publicity drop during the festive period to all campus halls
(4) complimentary inclusion in our home game day programme

- A one off fee of £250
