Web developer wanted in Coventry

Hi, I'm looking for someone specifically in the Coventry area that is good with designing websites etc. I don't need them to write all the encoding etc as there is many platforms and ready build softwares etc. What I need is someone to build a website, add banner advertising, tiered free/paid membership system and various other aspects.

I really need to be able to meet up with them - as I find stuff like this requires a good deal of understanding between myself and the designer. It can be an I.T. student or a professional, willing to work within the city on occasion (I own a shop in the City Centre, separate business) so we can work on it in detail. As long as they have the experience and time on their hands to work on it.

I can't pay corporate website prices - the budget would be under £1,000...but if anyone knows of someone wanting to do part/full time I.T. work for a month or two then please let me know, or pass me their details. Cheers
