Accountant/bookkeeper for start ups, new businesses

We have recently set up a new bookkeeping company and now we are looking for potential clients.
Discounts up to 15% are available to new clients.
We pay referral fees based on the contract with a referred client.

We will also be grateful for any help and guidance as this is my 1st ever business.
