Hi, i remember reading about a young teenager who got to be the sole uk importer for them small metal scooters maybe up to 10 years back.
He made a fotune from basically bringing to the uk a new product.
As a question if anyone can help, how and where would u go about sourcing new products from inventors overseas to pretty much do the same thing as the young teenager did with the scooters?
thanks.

Knowledge is power as most of us would say. i recommend you look at things that you could relate to your trade.
Exhibitions are great way to find new products to bring into market look for items that are reliable, simple, cheap and everyday use .

there are lots of ways of bringing things into the country. As a beginner go for things with less stringent standards...i.e. makeup/cosmetics is a headache.
Go for something simpler to start with and go from there.
