Got an email off these asking me to join, who are they? Are you a mod on there? Not sure how they got my email, I've changed it on my sites? Any ideas?

Yes I am a mod as is Sandy(BNBT) and also Textstart on here .... its only been up and running some 4 days and does promote this forum too .... as well as the N2C forum that belongs to the BOB people .... its just something that started up in resonse to a request or two.

Come across Jayne and ask Jules for yourself ... there is nothing underhand about him, he is just a businessman like the rest of us!

I just wondered why I was picked as I don't know them? I'm a mod on 4 forums already and a member of a few more, not business ones though, so not sure I've time to join any more. But thanks for asking.

It is morally wrong to poach members from here for another forum. Evidence of this is that the email was sent to the email address below which is mainly featured on here as we do not publicise that email address

As I said Jonathan, I dont know where the addresses were obtained from, the people I have let know about it, I have their email addys personally as I am in contact with them, so those ones that joined that I know about received a personal one from me as a friend, and I also posted this, so that anyone who wanted to could go across and see, and decide .... many of us are members of many forums, and they all serve a different purpose, and are all different in content and the way things are handled!

The option is yours to either delete it, go look and join, or respond to the email and let your feelings be known!

As I originally posted ... I am only the messenger, as I am finding the site enjoyable!

I can't see what "admindude" thinks he is offering that is different to the other forums out there that do not spam users of another board.

I most certainly have .... think thats why some are reluctant to put email addys up .... it must surely be easier to go buy lists surely rather than trawling through everyones profile!

A real invite from someone who has reason to beleive I might be interested in what he has to offer is one thing.

So the forum you advertise in your signature then Adam has never emailed out people telling them about it its just found members wandering around the internet who thought 'why not?'

The forum is guilty of one thing only here .... bringing attention to itself, if you consider it spam email then you simply bin it and forget all about it, instead of posting on here and drawing more attention to it .... I merely put this thread up to let others know that there was a new one out there, and didnt expect a single reply to it, as I considered it information only!
