Hello,
I was wondering what thoughts people had about the phone banking service that your banks offer? Particularly for the Abbey, Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds TSB and NatWest service. Good and bad points please.
Thanks

Hi Juliet

When I had a business account with Lloyds TSB I found their phone banking service awful but then again, I found them awful as a bank full stop so don't really have any good points to mention about them with one exception... my first personal manager was brilliant, a nice guy who had lots of really good ideas! Looking back, he 'was' the Bank as after he left I had six different personal managers within 6 months and none of them had a clue about my business or their business by the look of things.

Have recently moved to Natwest Business Banking and now have a personal manager whom I can get hold of when required and am happier with their online business banking system too (loads better than TSB).

Just my 2p worth. http://www.ukbusinessforums.co.uk/forums/images/icons/icon7.gif

Thanks Tin,
What didn't you like about the LTSB online banking service?
For the phone service do you think it would have been better if they had an automated service? Is there anything you wish you could do on the phone or online that they don't offer?
