Hi i am new to this forum and have a few Q's.
I am thinking of opening a Holistic Therapy Spa for Mrs MTM to run/work at, she is qualified in numerous therapies.
I have seen a few different premises at varying rents and cannot decide whether a 44 sq metre shop at a main road location with a high footfall in a busy arterial route with easy parking will be better than a much larger premises at 150 sq metres in a quieter more residential location with a number of different rooms where we can offer the same services plus acheive rental income from other therapists and Tai Chi/pilates/yoga classes etc
The larger space is situated in a street alongside a sports centre/swimming pool and needs a bit of work although the rent is cheaper than the smaller shop.
I know a lot of the therapy work will come from word of mouth, website traffic and local networking and advertising.
i have asked a fewdifferent people who run different kinds of businesses and have a differing view from each one:|
