I have an email newsletter and I am looking for other people with newsletters. The idea I have in mind is to promote each others newsletters. I would send out a mailing to my newsletter inviting my contacts to sign up to your newsletter if you would send a mailing to your newsletter inviting your contacts to sign up to my newsletter.
