Help needed, we're desperate

Is there anyone out there who can help us with what probably seems an extremely simple problem for most people.

We have Sage line 50 version 8, had it 2 years actually:redface: , not managed to work it out yet.

Is there anyone in the North West England area, or do you know anyone who is near enough, (we live in the peak district), prepared to spend a day hand holding us through setting up Sage for our accounts. We have already spent an evening and a fair bit of money on someone to show us the ropes, but after she had left we were non the wiser.
We don't have a complicated set of accounts, at least we don't think we do, just we are totally dumbwitted when it comes to figures.

We we're supposed to spend the day on it today, but Tin 'spat the dummy' after 1/2 hour and I did the housework (which says it all really).

Any offers greatfully received, (if someone could come along and input some customers and transactions to get us started). Name your price:eek:

Hi you, yes me is Lancs based and I know Sage for my sins! Get in touch if you want some help spent four years using it and my partner is an accountant to we do tend to use it !!

I used Heather Lawrence of Accountability to help me out with Sage Instant - she's really good. Not cheap but she got me totally sorted after I'd been struggling with the Sage manual. Her number is 07976 261099.

Just wanted to say a really big thank you to Gill from a very relieved and much happier Tin and Rusty. You made it all seem so easy and we are expecting to be sailing through our accounts from now on, may even manage to empty that top drawer and see what's lurking underneath.
