De-registering for VAT

I've been using ~TAS as a vat registered company, now we are de-registering and I can't see how to generate invoices etc without the VAT element. Any suggestions please.:(

Is it TAS BOOKS 1, TAS BOOKS 2 or TAS BOOKS 3 that you're using?

I'm using TAS Books 1.

OK, well that is quite an old version. But from memory, you just select Preferences > Company Information from the menu bar. Under VAT schemes, change it Not registered for VAT. Then you should find that your invoices don't mention VAT at all.
