Garage/Ground level storage in Edinburgh?

Hi all,

I'm considering to start a mobile vending business (tricycle) in Edinburgh and am on the hunt for somewhere to store my trike in the evenings and when not in use. So far I've been looking out for garages up for rent, but most of them seem to lack access to electricity..

So, does anyone perhaps have any good ideas regarding other solutions (tight budget) - I would basically need enough space for a small freezer and a tricycle, and access to electricity - or even a garage or some other suitable space up for rent?

Any advice or offers of space would be most welcome! Ideally within 20 minutes cycle from city centre.
