Is there any hope for me ?

I know what I should have done ..... but I didn't. I should have written down / stored my password to TAS Basics somewhere safe.....BUT I DIDN'T. I only started using it 2 months ago and put all of this years stuff on it , but now I can't remember my password!!:redface: Am I completely jiggered or is there any trickery pokery that I can do or is it delete the lot re-install and start again.

The obvious answer would be to call TAS as they will be the best possible people to answer this enquiry! They will know if there is a work-around. Either they or your IT supplier will be able to help you round it, in my relatively short experience, it is rare a good IT company wont have somebody capable of working this out.

Thanks for the reply toastking. Before anyone else replies to this when I woke up this morning guess what was at the front of my brain - yep my password. Having spent all day yesterday desperately trying to remember it, all it needed was a good nights sleep . Apologies if anyone feels that I have wasted their time but things were a little desperate last night :)
