We have opened a new co-working office space in Putney called "Co-Work Putney" which is specifically designed for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Would be interested in the thoughts of new start ups on if its a place they would work?

Lumax just racking up his posts OP with useless comments.

As regards some hopefully feedback on your projects.

First of all quite frankly I think that you area little over priced especially when you add vat when your talking of £95 quid a week. That is quite a lot to find for a young accountant or tecky starting out and it is only 1 chair & 1 desk.

Now compare that with the Regus Virtual Office Plus deal. That includes your private mail box. telephone answering on your own private line and reception services. Access to a wide range of biz services - photo copy - brochure binding etc at a decent discount. It also provides unlimited hot desking with free wi-fi and a really worthwhile bonus. 40 hours a month of private serviced serviced office space. That alone is worth £550-£750 a month yet the whole package deal comes in at £60 quid a week + vat = £75 which a choice of prestgious business addresses in London.

The mention of which there is an even better deal. As part of the package you get the Regus gold biz card. This gives you unlimited hot desking in any of Regus 1,000 business centres around the world including the 20 or so in London and here we are talking prestigious. The Lloyds building. Mayfair. Oxford Street as well as the City. As for the cost. You can buy the card seperately. Just £200 a year.

That is just £4 a week for unlimited hot desking in some pretty impressive business lounges where there is also space to meet clients - free wi-fi and get this - as much free coffee - tea and mineral water as you and your guest want

Now while I appeciate Tom that what you offer is a dedicated desk but it is just a 'hot' desk in a communal area and not the best business location in the world. Unfortuneatly the deal on offer don't compete either with the top of the range VO Plus deal let alone the biz card which is what less that the cost of 2 coffee's in London each week.

All in all I would look at you BP again. For a small company in a big lake wth the likes of Regus I personally would be looking at small workshops and in East London after the OG have gone.

And finally. Just to reassure you. The details posted came from looking for hot desking in London myself. I am in no way connected with or promoting Regus. I hope you regards my comments as genuine business intel then and not negative.

In fact you might want to look at the biz card model yourself.

Thank you Rob for mentioning Regus, and some of the many benefits we bring to the table. I would also like to take the opportunity to wish ‘Co-Work Putney’ the best of luck.
