View Full Version : Air Transport for pets
I'm looking for firms that transport pets by air. Ive got a few from Googling, but can anyone suggest another source: a list of airports or something like that?
Are you there Tazuk?
Thanks.

Most commercial airlines carry domestic pets subject to the usual regulations and their own internal rules. If you're looking for a carrier withiin the pet passport scheme, then it's more restricted. Approved carriers can be found on the Defra website. I'm an amateur expert on the PPS after bringing my cat back from the Netherlands...

You might ask the RSPCA if they have an approved list as they monitor animal transport closely

Hi Dawg
As it has been quoted there are several ways this can be done depending on the departure and destinationof the pet. It also depends on what the pet is, is it a dog, cat, snake or even a horse.
With a little bit more info i am sure that i could assist you in your search.
