I have a Blackberry 6250 I think it is, when I try and send an sms or e-mail it fails and comes up with "failed-packet error" does anyone know what this is?

Hi you're email blackberry device is configured wrong or you have an error with the handset you may try and remove the battery and sim card then replace it sometimes this helps if this is unsuccessful you need to contact your service provider. Because it could many reasons.
